You should always include a covering letter. This should say which job is being applied for and why you feel you are a suitable candidate.
COVERING LETTER
You should always include a covering letter. This should say which job is being applied for and why you feel you are a suitable candidate. The covering letter should be just a few short paragraphs and, like your CV, it should be neat and simply presented. Make sure that it is addressed to the correct person or department.
APPLICATION FORMS
Many jobs now send out an application form. It is a good ideal to make photocopies and use these first to get all the details right before filling out the original.Read the instructions carefully and supply what is asked for. You should send in your CV and covering letter with it, should the employer want other information.
KEEP COPIES
Make sure you have copies of the CV, the covering letter, and the Application Form that you have sent for reference prior to an interview -- and Best of Luck!
